Q: I’m already overwhelmed. Will this just add more thing to my plate?
A: The goal of this cohort is the exact opposite. Each week is designed to simplify how you lead, not add more. The work you do here replaces unhelpful patterns you’re already carrying.
Q: What if I can’t make one of the live sessions?
A: Sessions will be recorded and available for a limited time. That said, the live calls and discussion are where the real transformation and encouragement happen, so attending live as much as possible is highly encouraged.
Q: Is this only for full-time staff?
A: No. This is for anyone leading in the creative space: full-time staff, part-time staff, or key volunteers.
Q: Will we talk about both leadership and practical systems?
A: Yes. You’ll walk away with clarity about who you are as a leader and concrete systems for communication, expectations, delegation, and development.
