Culture consulting helps organizations gain clear insight into their culture that can be translated into meaningful, sustainable change.
Our Staff Culture Assessment provides a clear snapshot of how culture is experienced across teams and the organization as a whole.
Staff respond to 45 statements through an anonymous online survey, offering honest feedback across six key cultural areas that shape trust, communication, engagement, and sustainability.
The resulting report is concise and actionable, highlighting:

practical recommendations for improving staff culture
Once the report is complete, I meet with leadership to walk through the findings and outline a clear plan of action.
