Hey there! I’m Nicole Lucas, founder and CEO of The Creative Level. I’m a creative leader, author, speaker, and developer of people—with over 15 years of experience leading teams.

I help leaders and teams enhance their ability to lead effectively and create a thriving culture. Beyond technical skills, I focus on crucial competencies like communication, leadership, collaboration, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving.
