About Nicole & The Creative Level

Hey there! I’m Nicole Lucas, founder and CEO of The Creative Level. I’m a creative leader, author, speaker, and developer of people—with over 15 years of experience leading teams.

I help leaders and teams level up their ability to lead themselves and others well to create a culture where everyone thrives. Aside from the technical skills needed to be successful in a role, there are other skills that are crucial in the workplace such as communication, leadership, collaboration, team management, emotional intelligence, problem-solving, etc., that can be built through coaching.

The coaching I provide to leaders and their teams is targeted to improve these areas by introducing practical frameworks specific to their individual development needs that are then applied to their context of work, in such a way as to produce strong working relationships, reduce conflict, cultivate a shared purpose, and improve productivity. Whether it’s through coaching sessions or workshops, I’m here to help.
